(October 10, 2018, 8:27 pm)These guys just went above and beyond on a last minute alteration for me. My father just passed and I needed my suit pants altered in less than 2 days because I lost a bunch of weight the last 2 months due to a medical emergency (we're talking 30lbs and the pants were literally falling off me). Then I found out that the service was sooner than I anticipated and that I would need the pants ready the day before they were promised. Which was already a day earlier than they said it would normally take (so now we're 2 days before the original promise date).
I just came from the store after picking up the altered pants and they fit great AND they had them ready for me in time for the funeral, 2 days earlier than they originally originally promised them. Thanks to the manager for coming through for me! I can't tell you how much it means.
