(October 26, 2022, 8:37 pm)I love these guys. They are always so helpful. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid in elementary school. If you ask anyone in the mall where to go even the Apple store, they will tell you to go to the fix. The only kiosk I trust and when you meet the team, you know they like their job and want to help you. They fix several iPads for me and two phones. these are the same guys who used to be in front of the Apple Store for like 10 years, but they moved under the escalator next to the coffee spot. highly recommend trying the only person I trust with my devices. Thanks for the help

I came into the store with a crazily damaged phone that had a sensitive info in there that I couldn’t just replace or leave without it. She helped me till I could get all of my information restored, even if it had to take more than 4 hrs, come with me to T-mobile, get all of my info back, all at a reasonable price. Thank you so much. You’re the best.

(June 16, 2022, 4:25 pm)Mike and David were awesome they are the best people to get your phone fixed by I wouldn’t go to anyone else. They are the nicest and work really hard, plus they got about 6 customers in and out in less than an hour. Totally worth it
