(August 21, 2018, 4:58 pm)My husband and I recently purchased living room furniture at Rider. What a terrific experience, from start to finish. From our first visit there, when we met the extremely helpful, knowledgeable Shelly, to working with Pooja, to meeting with some of the other women--Audrey among others. So helpful, and with excellent followup! And now that our living room furniture is here, we are beyond thrilled with the quality and look of everything. In addition to that, Jason and Bill delivered the furniture exactly when promised, and so very efficiently and pleasantly! This may have been the way shopping routinely was at one time, but now it's more the exception, and we are very happy we decided to shop with Rider. Excellent quality, workmanship, and service--cannot ask for more!
(August 16, 2018, 1:32 pm)This is our first experience buying furniture from Rider Furniture and we couldn't be more pleased. Shelley and Cindy were very knowledgeable, reliable and helpful. We are very pleased with the quality of our new bedroom furniture and the time it took from placing the order to delivery. The gentlemen that delivered our furniture were friendly and helpful as well. We plan to make future purchases at Rider. We live an hour away and it was well worth the trip.

They are so very helpful and provide solid advice. The personalized service can’t be beat . American Made products brought me there in the first place and it’s so refreshing to be able to Buy American. I just received 2 living room chairs yesterday that are beautiful. From ordering to delivery it’s such a pleasure. The delivery staff is always happy and willing to assist with requests. 5 Stars to them all!
