They remember your name and will greet you when you walk in, and that in a gym means so much. They also help you individually while working out to modify the workout for your ability and to help work on your form. The instructors are so motivational and are always there for you, even from home. The classes are definitely tough, but they are getting easier for me and I’m even showing progress already. You will sweat, and if you put the work in, you will see improvement. I love coming here to work out!”

“No idea how good he is at his profession, although the reviews are all stellar so I'm guessing pretty good. But here's what I DO know: My elderly mother in law was losing a tooth at her nursing home. The house DDS was unavailable for a week. We scored an appointment with Dr. Slotkin one one day's notice for the emergency, and when we got Mom there... Tooth already out... Surprise... He gave her the once over and charged us , no kidding, $31. Real stand up guy. Impressive. ”
