Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind. Tommy is a wealth of knowledge ,extremely kind ,and a professional to the extreme. Jonathan runs the business like the consummate professional he is ,and is always ready to answer any questions (AND with a kind smile) and Joe the owner, is a breath of fresh air. The birds are taken care of impeccably well which can be seen not only by how obviously healthy they all are , but how incredibly friendly they all are as well. I have never been in an establishment filled with beautiful birds like they have nor one that had absolutely NO smell ! I would never go to anyone else again.

I went to another bird store and the staff would not even look at you and seemed bothered by the one question I asked. Came to to Birds by Joe and the young man that helped me greeted me as soon as I came in and was extremely knowledgeable. He also seemed to have the ability to service multiple customers at the same time with ease. A master at customer service and true expert.

Im so luck to have found Joe bird! He has the best Birds, quality of food, toys , anything you need ! I had to travel abroad for 3 months and I left my bird on his care and I had a wonderful experience, My bird was as shine and docile as before. He took great care of her and I am immensely grateful for his services. I will for sure do it again in the future if I need to. I am moving to canada and If I had to travel abroad again I will for sure prefer to leave my bird on his care .

Very knowledgeable. My daughter bought a beautiful budgie from them. Gave lots of info and the bird has been wonderful. You might pay more but she was able to handle him almost immediately! We still go back for his seeds and supplies. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. The owners are helpful and very personable. Everyone who works there is friendly and nice. A great selection of birds, bird toys, food and other bird related things. Bird cages are well maintained and cleaned on the regular. Would highly recommend. If you're closer to Saddle Brook like myself, check out their new store there. It's nice as well! We bought our Golden Conure at the Green Brook location but both stores have a nice selection.
