Chris did a great job of keeping me informed about the status of work on my vehicle. I trusted the reports he gave and the advice he provided. The work was done quickly, and they made vehicle pickup super easy. I was very happy with the service and the communication. My only suggestion for how the experience could have been better would be for them to add a wash and interior vacuum of the car before returning it to me. It would be a nice touch, especially for a shop that specializes in high vehicles, to return a freshly cleaned car.

Great First Service Experience
I used RSW Euro Green Brook for the first time because the owners of the truly outstanding Pinnacle Motors decided to close their shop and retire after 40+ years. My first service visit to RSW Euro was very impressive. My interactions with the Service Manager Chris Jenkins and then later on with Matt Lopez f were outstanding . They were both extremely professional informative and helpful in handling all service aspects for my BMW X5. Both the Waiting Area and the actual Repair Service Area are as clean and modern as outpatient Surgical Centers. I thought the cost of my first service was great value for their top quality work. You get what you pay for and at RSW Euro you get a lot of great service.

This establishment is by far the best European auto repair in Somerset county. Perhaps New Jersey. Courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. A heater core replaced in my 2007 Saab 9-5 wagon.
I have all the confidence in these people.
