The Smile Express

It was my daughter’s first time having dental work done (fillings and extractions) and they did a great job of explaining the process to her along the way. They described everything she might feel which helped to make her less anxious. Everyone was polite and professional.

My experience at The Smile Express was a very pleasant from the moment when I booked my appointment w/ a wonderful bilingual receptionist to the Dental Office when the front desk receptionist who tended to my child movie needs, so just the warm welcome and waves from the front desk. The service I received as well from the Dental Provider Dr. Nick everything was very well received for my first time and for my child with no crying, he loved the toy at the end.

This was my 6 yr olds first time at this office and it couldn’t of gone any smoother!, She has always had a fear of the dentist. From the moment we walked into the cinema waiting room to the dental assistants calm cheerful demeanor my kid was at ease. She has a secondary appointment coming up and she’s actually looking forward to it! Such a relief.

The office was great. Professional, very patient with my son. Great bedside manner, Lisa did a great job making me feel comfortable as a mom. She was relatable. I was very hesitant because they cancelled my appointment 3 times. Outside of having a hard time scheduling, the entire staff was good and the office was clean.
