I enjoy Lenora’s yoga classes and always learn a lot there. She takes takes time to make sure each student is comfortable and aligned properly. The setting is also warm and inviting, sometimes outside in the natural surroundings or inside by the fireplace.

Lenora is a talented yoga teacher who inspires me with her passion to help others be at ease when learning the yoga movements and breathing techniques. Her positive energy helps everyone who attends her classes feel grounded and relaxed. I am grateful that she takes the time to give alternative options for different poses. I live 45 minutes away from the studio and its worth the trip! I look forward to continuing to learn with Lenora. Highly recommended!
