We had a death in our family on Friday morning and I dropped off suits for my son and my husband at the dry cleaners. I then received a call telling me that the services were going to be on Sunday ....as in 2 days away! I was panic-stricken. I knew I had to get the suits out of the dry cleaner before they started the process because I needed them for Sunday morning. I was told that we could pick them up on Saturday. When we picked them up I expected to pick up two dirty suits in a bunch of dirty shirts. The owner Pat went above and beyond cleaning the suits for me that morning. Pat made a very terrible time so much easier and there are no words to truly explain the appreciation I have for them at this time. There is something so special about a family-owned business the customer service is usually heartfelt and unique. I recommend this dry cleaner not only did he go above and beyond to get our items done but they look perfect. We have been using this dry cleaner and have always been very happy with their service but today they just made my heart so happy!
I do not have my clothes dry-cleaned often due to my career. However when I need it done I come here. Always friendly, prompt and competitive pricing. Have been a customer for over 5 years.
