Somerset Medical Urgent Care

Doctors and staff were very friendly. Came in for severe back pain and was hesitant before coming based on other reviews. After going I can confidently say I would come back. Easy check in and we were seen within 10 minutes. Clean and welcoming environment. Masks required regardless of vaccination.

The staff were friendly, supportive, professional and helpful. I liked the fact that they gave a info sheet with the list of staff members in care for today. My little one had to wait for a while until his turn for a doctor's care but was given a sticker, candies and a coloring book which helped him feel better. There was a mistake in sending prescription to a wrong pharmacy but the nurse did not waste any time to fix the problem. The facility is very clean. The doctor listened to our concerns and provided care that we were satisfied with. Overall a pleasant visit today, will be back later.

First time at any urgent care on Saturday. There were no patients ahead of me so the wait was great. Did I get what I came there for? Yes. However, the doctor never touched me. Not once! I thought that was a bit odd. The staff was into whatever they were doing and not very attentive but they were pretty young and blah. I'm accustomed to the motherly nurturing types when I am ill. I gave 4 stars because I was treated well for the short period of time I was there and I left with well needed meds!
