We were LUCKY to have been introduced to Deepak and Pinky Bansal. Deepak was very patient and professional with us. His patience allowed us to find our dream house. Multiple times we were ready to pay higher prices for the house we were considering, but after his review, Deepak advised us otherwise. Which is a rare trait among Real Estate professionals. We are glad to say that we took his advice. It ended up saving us lot of money while we would have regretted the decision (to purchase) afterwords anyway. Both Pinky and Deepak listened to our needs and wants and accordingly they were willing to show us the houses, eventhogh some of them were far from his office. If they had another plans during open houses they made sure someone from their team was available to show us the house, again to make sure we did not miss the opportunity to see the house. Many times our 4yr old accompanied us on our house searches, Deepak's patience again was life saver in these situations. After viewing the houses, Deepak/Pinky again will listen to our thoughts carefully without forcing their decisions on us. Another rare trait. After looking at the house, Deepak made sure he addressed our concerns. He also made sure he did his thorough review (about the neighbourhood, construction quality, any defects, etc) Whenever we needed them they were available to offer their professional advise. Their extended team is very responsive to say the least. Jack from the team was always available to complete the paperwork on timely manner. Highly recommended. Deepak and Pinky are like a Yin and Yang of the real estate world. Both bring their own sets of Value-Add to the real estate transaction. Very humble and down to earth. They made the closing process very smooth. They have become like our extended family after our purchase!!!

We were fortunate to know Deepak Bansal. He helped us find the right house which we could call it as our home and a good price too. He travelled from far to visit all the houses that we liked and was very patient as we had to carry our less than year old daughter along with us. Every time we viewed a new property Deepak would take a deeper look and do a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. He truly helped us work our deal negotiating with seller agent and had a great experience overall. Deepak was very helpful during our transition from Washington to New Jersey. I thought it may take 5-7 days to finalize the house, However, with his help, we could be able to finalize on the first day of the first visit as he has captured and fulfilled all our requirements.
