Recently had TechnicianX set up my new laptop with transfer & consolidation of data from 2 older computers. This establishment is top-notch - - professional, personable, very thorough and knowledgeable . . . . and at fair and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area or beyond. Special shoutout to Dan Chapman for outstanding service, expertise and patience.

I went to them with a time-sensitive and sudden malfunction on my laptop. Even though they were booked, they were able to give me a speedy diagnosis and help me get it solved ASAP. They were extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!!

UNBELIEVABLY good service! Over the decades I've needed repair services in 4 cities, and found excellent companies in each-- but Technician X went "above and beyond" to fix my laptop quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. They even let me spend a few minutes pulling needed data off my hard drive so I could keep working while waiting a few days for the repair.
