Even though they don't entertain retail customers on a Sunday and I am not an AAA member, met up with Tim and he was an absolute delight. Not only did he handle my request and issue an IDP, he also helped with the pictures needed for the permit. Tim you epitomize customer service. Thank you.

Reception employees were extremely gracious and very apologetic for an understandable mix up that caused a delay in seeing an agent. I was very impressed with their attitude and effort to "make it right." The travel agent was excellent,too- very patient and knowledgeable.
