If you want a place with an open kitchen, excellent service, food that will make your mouth water, and where you will be begging to return, then Natirar is for you. They have a great cooking school that caters to children, adults and couples taught by an experienced chef that guides you through the preparation of each dish (a must do!). The food is farmed locally and arrives at your table fresh. They have a chef's menu that is paired with wine or beer which lasts about 3 hours (again, a must do!) Now, Natirar is on the expensive side, but well worth the price and the experience.
