  I recently accompanied my aunt to purchased a wash machine at your store and I want to say thank you to a very well informed in sales young man name Michael Paul who assisted me with my purchase. He made it easy to make my choice of product and I was greatly satisfied with his service.
  In most stores today finding someone to assist you seemed to. Be a thing of the past but at PC Richards with staff like Mr. Paul I am please to see that great American serves are not a thing of the past..

  I’ve been a customer of PC Richards for many years and I continue to be extremely satisfied with their service. Their manager Gary M knows how to treat his customers and ensures customer satisfaction. If I’ve ever had a problem in the past he is quick to respond and take care of the issue.

  I run my own business and i always shop from this location, My last experience wasn't as great because the sale people there were really not attentive after getting frustrated i was going to leave and a gentleman named Ken stopped me and asked if i needed help. He took his time explained everything and got me what i needed and the only reason i still gave 5 stars is because he really went above and beyond and gave me an amazing price too. Go see Ken !!!! Excellent service

  Clean & organized! One of the managers, Kenny even took the time to show me around and explained the layout. I ended up getting a printer that also saves space. Store is Highly recommended.

He exchanged my new HP laptop which turned out to be defective and I purchased a new Asus laptop and throughout the entire experience/exchange he was extremely knowledgable, professional and courteous and showed a willingness to help me through a very stressful situation.
