Both Anthony’s and Julian and Alex came out and did amazing work. They were quick but thorough and did a good cleanup afterward. Beyond that, they were friendly and attentive. They’re the kind of workers who give the company a good name.

It is SO NICE to work with a service company that arrives when they say they will, assists with insurance claims, and completes the job efficiently!! I highly recommend Kraus Restoration. All of the guys I interacted with were professional and cordial and they did a great job!!

Cory and his team were absolutely wonderful! They were professional, friendly, punctual, and guided me throughout the entire process. Anthony even went as far as to leaf blow my driveway for me before leaving :).

Every person I dealt with was patient, informative, and helpful. This was the first time I ever had to file a claim with my homeowner’s insurance and I really didn’t have to do anything more than confirm information - Jeff took care of the rest. Anthony and the others who came every day to check the progress of the drying out process were pleasant and accommodating. This is one of the most professional companies I’ve ever done business with, and would gladly recommend them to others. Their work ethic and professional conduct were stellar and somewhat of a rarity unfortunately.
