I was referred to Dr. Bortniker by my primary. Doctor was very thorough, kind, and understanding to my situation. He went into great detail about the issues I was facing, and made me feel safe. I went into my appointment very anxious, which was visibly noticeable, but by the end, was very relieved. He is not one of those doctors that tries to get you in and out, he stayed and answered any questions I had. I even called later that day, closer to closing time to leave a message that I expected to be returned within the days after, but Dr. Bortniker was able to take my call right away. I felt like I mattered, and that is not always an experience I have when going to the doctors.
