Within just a few minutes of my consultation, my therapist Matt was able to identify that the pain was triggered by weak muscles in my hips. I was given simple yet challenging exercises as well as an at-home routine. Matt also did manual therapy and stretching which really helped the healing (plus it felt really good!).
