Brightview Warren

Everyone takes wonderful care of my mom. The facility couldn’t be cleaner and the people are so kind. The residents are very welcoming and inclusive. The front desk and the staff know my mom by name and are genuinely happy to see her! I give Brightview five stars! And am very grateful for their care!

Brightview Warren is a beautiful, safe, and pleasant Community filled with active seniors and amazing associates. The environment is warm and homey. The residents have great choices for their meals in a sit down dining environment. The Dining servers are attentive and fun. There is always something for the residents to do with a full calendar of activities, trips, and in-house entertainment. I love to see the bonds and friendships made and the good times had especially at happy hour. I couldn’t think of a better place to have my aging loved one reside. Brightview Warren is an excellent example of Active Aging at its finest.

Making the decision to move your loved one to an assisted living facility is one of the toughest experiences you will go through in your lifetime. You know in your heart that assisted living is best for your loved one, but there are so many levels of consideration. In the sea of considerations lies the ‘where.’ My Mom moved into Brightview Warren in 2016 when they first opened. From the moment my Mom and I stepped in, I knew this would be home for her. We were greeted like family. The establishment is much like an upscale hotel rather than an assisted living home. They have a recreation area, pool table, bar, fireplace and an outdoor lounge. The physical parts of Brighview are just the beginning. The staff is what makes this place. My mom truly felt that she was one with the staff, feeling like she worked at Brighview too. Every member of Brightview’s team went above and beyond for my mom. Toward the end of my mom’s time on this earth, it was very clear to me that the Brightview staff were passionate about people and really gave a thousand percent to their residents. Ursula Gibson, Brightview’s health services director, was in continuous contact with me during my mom’s final days. Every minute Ursula ensured that my mom was comfortable, safe, and had everything she needed. When my mom passed away in early October, Gayla Zieser, Brightview’s director of vibrant living, walked me into see my mom one final time. Ursula and Gayla represent just two of Brightview’s amazing staff of passionate caregivers. Your loved one will be safe and well cared for in Brighview Warren. It's difficult to leave reviews for places like this without living here. From the couple visits I've experienced here, I rate this independent living complex very highly. This directly effects the cost but you get what you pay for here. Food was absolutely delicious, residents well dressed, and happy hour is certainly happy. I caught a preformance of singer/saxophonist who had as good a voice as any other well known singer. I probably won't get a chance to stay in a place this nice but at least I will have the memory of visiting my aunt here.
