My functional fitness is awesome! I can carry in all the groceries on my arms and hoisting the case of water in Costco is child's play! My daughter has sensory issues, particularly auditory, which I spoke with Lynn about before hand. “I recently toured the facility and fell in love with it immediately. The atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. They offered a VIP Pass to try out the gym but I immediately signed up. I loved what I saw, the equipment is brand new, the gym is spotless and smells great. It has been completely renovated and the bathrooms are remarkable. You can definitely see that the owners take pride in their establishment. They are either working together with their employees or they can be seen on the floor cleaning up. I was able to meet with them and they are a delight. Very knowledgeable and they genuinely care about their members. They take the time to talk with everyone and get to know them personally. I never experienced that at my previous gym, in fact the owner was never on site. I really recommend this facility to anyone looking to make a change, you absolutely won't regret it.”
