“I love Princeton Wellness center, they really care about their members. Arthur one of the instructors of STIX class has changed my life, I had scoliosis since I was 12 and multiple surgeries and I have always being shy to practice any other exercise even though my surgeon said I could practice any sports and my body will tell me what I can and can’t do. When I met Arthur 3 years ago, during his class, he asked me if it was my first time in STIX so he could guide me, so I decided to tell him about my back problem, he asked kindly everybody in the class if we can do lower back and core exercises, in order to help me. I had an amazing experience. After practice for several months Arthur classes , I start feeling stronger, so I decide to take other classes, then I met Patty one of the instructors of body pump. I told her that I really wanted to challenge myself and practice body pump and she explained me that I didn’t need to put the weight bar on my back and how to the right way the exercises. I love it and I am getting stronger each time. Thanks for your guidance and encouragement Patti. “This food is incredible. The snow cheese fries and mozzarella stick were life changing! We got an large order of sweet n spice drumsticks, small soy garlic wings small honey butter tenders, and the snow cheese fries and snow cheese mozzarella sticks. For 3 people and we had so much food. The drumsticks and tenders are huge but the wings were definitely my favorite. I would call in the order it takeout. This meal fall in the category of if I had one more meal to eat it would be wings for DAK Korean Fried Chicken!”

She always helps me pick the color I want, and she’s even willing to change the color if I don’t love the one I picked, which is no small task when it comes to dip powder. “I love this place and so grateful it's in our community. Everyone that works here is super nice and helpful. They didn't carry the dog food my dog was currently on and they made a recommendation and my dog LOVES the new food. It's also better quality ingredients and much better for her. Additionally, everyone should know that they have two bathtubs and for $20 something dollars you can use the tubs to shampoo, wash and dry your dog. This is the BEST news ever and so much easier than having to clean my dog in my own bathroom (and then clean the bathroom).”
