Once I contacted Noel from Freedom Stairlift , I could sense that he was an expert , courteous , and professional. I explained the problem we were having with an Acorn Curve 180 , Noel offered options and quoted prices up front .
We scheduled the service call for the next day . Noel made the call and repaired the unit as promised , the price was fair with no surprises .
