Bought a car recently from Quality Autos and my personal experience was excellent. Frank was really nice and it was a great, no pressure atmosphere. My credit isn't the best and Frank did a lot of shopping around to try and find me the best financing options. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I would and have been recommending people to go check them out.
Thank you for listening.
Went in to look at a vehicle for our daughter. Had a great experience with Frank. We wound up purchasing a car that day. I cannot express how kind and honest they were. It was a painless process and did not take a long time. We will definitely be back for another vehicle when the time comes. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
This used car dealer is truly amazing! My wife and I had a great experience. Frank and his dad are easy to work with and I guarantee you that you'll go home with the car you want! They back up there word and will help with all your needs. Definitely recommend them again and again 👌
I recently bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from Quality Autos and I had a great experience. I’m the type of person that does research and I look at reviews to make my decisions normally so I’ll try to be as detailed and honest as possible. That day I was ready to buy a vehicle from another dealer but they didn’t seem genuine or trustworthy and they didn’t have the title on hand so I was not comfortable with the sale. I pulled back from that sale and lost my deposit and then went online and that was when I saw the 2013 Ford Fusion which admittedly was very clean but had fairly high miles. I went to school for mechanics and was a mechanic for a few years until I switched careers so I felt confident that this car was in great condition after reviewing it. The exterior was great and just had usual small nicks and scratches consistent with an 8 year old car. The interior had barely any visible wear and tear but the cloth seats themselves were stained a bit but nothing a good steam clean wouldn’t fix. The engine, which had 137,XXX miles was mechanically fit, it didn’t have any issues or strange sounds and the engine oil was clean without and moisture on the dipstick. When looking for a used car I check to see the condition of the brakes, visible suspension components, frame for rust, rims for cracks, tires, and undercarriage. Also ensure spare tire and replacement equipment is included and usable and that the check engine light is not on. I normally bring my check engine light scanner which I bought at autozone for 40$ and with that you can check if any codes have popped recently or been cleared but I had forgotten mine at my house but Frank let me borrow his and that was a good sign. Now that we’ve discussed the car itself we can discuss the dealership. Frank was very nice when I reached out and was very informative about the vehicle. He pulled a vehicle history report (car fax) so that we could establish that it hadn’t been in any previous accidents. He explained to me the the most recent maintenance which I was very happy about because the car had gotten new winter tires put on as well as new shocks and struts which explained why the car drove like it was new. When I reviewed the car I noticed that the brakes were practically brand new as well. Frank negotiated the price to a place where I was comfortable and then we went for a test drive. The car felt very smooth and drove straight as an arrow. At this point I knew this vehicle was in excellent condition and felt that frank had been sincere and honest with me. I didn’t feel pressured into the sale and was left to make my own decision which was easy for me considering the state of the vehicle and the price we negotiated. Before purchasing the vehicle Frank explained that he did not have the title on hand and that he would acquire it for me as well as the plates for the car. Normally this would make me nervous but because frank was going to go to the DMV for me and get the car registered and get the plates for me then this is normal as opposed to the other dealership that didn’t have the title but was not going to get it registered for me. Of course Frank charged for doing this but it was included into our negotiated price so we were good. After all was said and done I’ve had the car for about a month and it has been registered and has its permanent plates already. Most importantly it drives impeccably and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. My experience with Frank was positive in every way and I have recommended him to close family members. I like to say that everything happens for a reason and I am happy that I chose to pass on the first shady dealership even though I lost my $250 dollar deposit, the experience I had with Frank more than made up for it! Thanks again my family and I greatly appreciate it!
