Installation was quick and seamless, with all the instructions I need for care. Excellent and fast communication when I changed my mind on the door handle. . Extremely pleased with the results! Cannot recommend highly enough.
(September 16, 2022, 2:26 pm)I was referred to SSD via the tile company I used, and feel so lucky for it. Originally there was a miscommunication with the design, so I refused the first delivery. Mike the owner, was quick to making it right at no expense to us, and the final product is just beautiful! Thank you, Mike! Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, but SSD is one of the last ones standing. Thank you to Ryan for providing great communication regarding lead time, and to Bob and his two assistant installers (so sorry I didn't get their names)--they were always so kind, and hard working. Thanks again!
(September 25, 2021, 11:07 am)Superior installed 2 shower doors for me in 2010. The seal on the one that gets used everyday was starting to get discolored and old looking. I called up to see if they could replace them and they promptly sent 2 employees who removed the old seals, cleaned everything and put brand new seals on. The guy also took the time to show me how to remove them for cleaning and they gave a fair price. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and will definitely use again. Thanks for your great service.
