I have to say I have used them twice so far and don’t have a single complaint. This last time I had water coming into my basement because my septic tank was full. I called to see if I could have someone come asap. They told me someone would be out out that same day what I didn’t expect was for it to be an hour after I called. The gentleman who came was very professional and went the extra mile to help me when he didn’t have to. Thank you Wilson services

Wow, I am not surprised to see this company already has 4.9 stars! They are pleasant, fast, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I am so happy we used them for our septic repair and pump. We called and they were able to come do both the next day! I will only be using them in the future and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

These guys are awesome - Matt came on a Friday afternoon of a July 4th weekend, figured out that our toilets weren't flushing b/c a septic pipe had busted on us, and got us up and running with temporary fix in no time. I love that when you call Wilson you can get a person on the phone super fast and everyone there is super nice. So glad to see them get the kudos they deserve!

The initial consultation was great and the price was fair. Unfortunately the communication was poor after we signed the contract. They didn't respond to direct questions about scheduling and billing, and didn't give info about roots impeding the septic that they said they would. I'd recommend, whatever you want, get it before you sign on the dotted line, or maybe add it to the contract.

We had an emergency and needed our septic pumped. Mathew from Wilson's was at our house within an hour and was done in no time. He took special care and did a great job. Very professional and fast.
