Pure Barre

Very clean facility, didn't have that "gym" smell. Extremely friendly people working there. Great workout! I was sweating more than anticipated. Can't wait to do more!

First things first VERY clean. I chose to keep my mask on and no one made me feel uncomfortable about it and also respect my privacy. I absolutely loved the class. Im very out of shape, inflexible with low mobility and overweight. This class is doable and there are modifications. I never once felt judging or like I was too out of shape. The instructor gives clear expectations as well as instructions in the beginning of the trial class I took. It was challenging and can be modified based on each individual. They focus on mind body connection for effective workouts which is a huge plus and i certainly could tell the difference. I wish it was something I could commit to right now, I highly recommend it.

Pure Barre is my home away from home. Everyone is always so friendly and all of the teachers push me to be my best. If you are looking for a fun new way to workout that will always have you pushing yourself try pure Barre.

Low impact stretching and working all large muscle groups. We'll run classes in a clean environment with personable instructors.
