(December 7, 2018, 10:25 pm)Our NJ tenant's furnace wasn't working and we live in FL. We called Poust and spoke to Liz (SHE"S WONDERFUL!!!) and even though they were booked for the day, she told us we'd get in first cancellation. Luckily, she was able to fit us in, and Nick was the tech dispatched. The mother board has fried and we need a new one. Nick called us multiple times with suggestions on how to get it replaced (even at 10pm on a Friday!). Thank you Nick and Liz

(November 23, 2018, 6:18 pm)On a busy holiday weekend, service call was running behind and we were without heat on the coldest Thanksgiving weekend. The office kept me informed and Brandon arrived and proceeded to diagnose and repair the problem in a knowledgeable and courteous manner. We are scheduling a maintenance service to complete the job. Very satisfied as I have always been using Poust for my HVAC needs. Cost was reasonable.

He tells me what he is doing and the result. I have been a very satisfied customer of R. Poust for over 25 years.

(November 9, 2018, 10:12 am)Great HVAC firm, have been working with them for 10+ years. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Heat went out last night and they were there this morning within a couple of hours to fix it. Nick C. did a great job. Would highly recommend this firm!
