Although I was late and at the wrong office at first. The office personnel was very helpful and my technician was awesome, professional, understanding and kind. And the results were quickly available in my case. Thank you!
It is a lovely facility, clean, and well maintained. It was easy to locate where I needed to go. Once there everyone I met was pleasant and efficient. Victor and Hazel were so adept and efficient. It was a good experience.
I took my 15 month old for a chest x-ray and everyone was so nice. The office was very clean and the front desk staff was very welcoming. I called the call center prior to my visit and the woman I spoke with was helpful in getting me set up with a location that does x-rays and provided me all the information I needed. Overall really great experience.
This facility is a delight! The staff is super friendly and if I cools change anything it’ll be the IPads. I watched one patient get soo frustrated and although I helped her more than twice it was too much. The gentleman at the front desk did offer paper copies. I would highly recommend this facility.
From the person (Lizzie?) who took my call and scheduled my appt (same day, btw), to the gentleman at the front desk to the X-ray tech Maria, everyone was proficient and professional. Best of all? They were just plain nice. When you aren’t feeling your best, it’s much more comforting when the health care providers treat people this way. Thank you.
