“I am not really a review writer. I will tell people what I think if they ask, especially about really good or bad experiences, but I don't write reviews. But this company doesn't have any and they deserve some attention. I quit my old BIG OIL company and set out on a search for a company that would stop telling me that I had to take what they gave me even when I didn’t need it or want it and look for a company that would offer me oil when I wanted it, at honest prices, and offer service plans available at a reasonable price if I needed one. Then I found I Love Oil. The first time I called it was after hours and Fred, the owner answered. He took his time answering all my questions with no pressure and didn’t rush me. He even offered to match the cheapest price I had quoted. I called back the next day and spoke with his office manager to make my appointment and she was just as professional and helpful. It has been 3 years now and they always deliver when they say they will and the prices have always been competitive; they have even given me any coupon price that is available, even if I don’t have the coupon. Good, honest service. That is worth 5 stars to me.”

“Roger and Chris did an amazing job installing my Kinetico water softener system. I gave them a very challenging project - installing a twin tank system that needed to be placed in a very small water meter closet AND no drainage pipes nearby! They were able to make the whole system fit by placing the twin resin tanks on one side of the wall and the brine tank on the other. ALSO, they connected the system to the nearest drain pipe on the other side of my garage by a drain hose they ran 20 feet , anchored every few feet to the ceiling. It was very impressive as I thought I would never be able to fit one of these systems in my house and now I will have many years of virtually maintenance-free soft water. I highly recommend Purely Water of Sparta for any of your water quality problems!”
