Champs Ice Cream

Delicious homemade tasting ice cream and friendly staff! I'm a chocolate peanut butter fanatic, I've tried it from everywhere, and this place has the best chocolate peanut butter around. Plus my 3 year old daughter broke her ice cream cone within a few minutes of getting it, which broke her heart. The friendly kid working was kind enough to replace it for her. It was our first time at Champs, but it's definitely going to become our weekly spot. Also, very cool that it has a drivethru!

I liked the ice cream here a lot and the staff was very friendly with a pleasant smile. I got the strawberry cheesecake and it tasted really fresh and didn’t melt too fast, just the way I like it. I’ll be back!

The flavor selection is great. They have delicious non -dairy options along with delicious flavors you might not know you wanted like cotton candy and caramel sea salt. Along with some staples like mint chocolate chip and coffee she had some great flavors not had anywhere else. She also has some great vegan options and a few flavors that aren't on display like a "secret" delicious strawberry flavor.

The ice cream has great texture and creaminess. The flavors are as described the almond joy taste like the candy, cotton candy, and Apple crisp are some of hr flavors they have that you didn't know you wanted or needed.

Backstory:
Stacy opened up ice cream parlor because no ice cream parlors in the area. She gets the ice cream parlor sourced farm fresh ice cream from a farm in PA. She wanted the ice cream fresh because her family is from Greece and she wanted to get the same quality of handmade family owned at get parlor.

Had the pleasure of meeting Stacy who opened this farm fresh ice cream shop. (She gets her ice cream from a well-known 4th generation family own dairy farm in PA. Had the Barnyard Gravy (Chocolate dipped pretzels with Peanut Butter) and Apple Crisp.

They also sell Jersey Girl Cheese and we managed to snag the last container of burrata.

Will definitely be back when in town to visit.
