I had to get my cholesterol levels down, or else my primary care physician was going to put me on a statin. I believe that my sessions with Kelly Donovan is the reason my LDL level went from a dangerous 142 to a much more manageable level of 117. I did this in two months on Kelly’s suggestions on my food choices. Imagine if I engaged in more exercise, as she suggested. (I’m a bit of a couch potato.) But now that I got such good results on diet alone, I’m more motivated to move more too. I’m not too far from actually putting my cholesterol levels in the normal range. And sessions with Kelly are fun, while being informative. She’s lively, energetic and encouraging. I highly recommend her!
