They are seriously the best urgent care in the area. I had to be seen two days in a row, once for a uti and the next day because unrelated shingles showed up on my back and chest. They are very kind and compassionate. There is no wait, the woman in the front is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I can't find one bad thing to say about this place.

Front desk was very pleasant. It was extremely busy but she remained sweet and focused. Doctor was very good and even thought of reasons my other doctor hadn’t. Would definitely recommend this location!

Our daughter was stung by a bee and shortly after her lips began to get tingly and numb. It was 6:00 and our pediatrician was gone for the day. Instead of having to go to the ER and wait for hours, we drove 5 minutes to the urgent care and our daughter was seen immediately. The nurse and the PA were kind and thorough. She was treated, everything was ok, and we were out of the office and home in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for any medical needs.

I cannot say nicer things about this urgent care. They took me and my family for PCR testing quickly, every staff was helpful and courteous, the facility was new and clean, and when the lab reports were deemed invalid for travel, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation so we could go on our trip. I am so thankful for their help. I HIGHLY recommend Skylands Urgent Care in Vernon!
