It does not have that cultish environment that you would find with Crossfit or other trendy gyms. I have gone to exervolve on 2 separate occasions after being ill with mono lyme and Jason the trainers have always been able to get me back to a healthy point. This gym isn't just for the "gym rat" types either, it is great for all ages and athletic levels. My mother even goes to get stretched twice a week and she loves it! Highly recommend!”
