All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. My diagnosis was bursitis in my shoulder, for which I received one shot of cortisone. “I recently completed a 3 month treatment plan under the direction of Alex who did a FANTASTIC job of walking me through every step of the treatment while clearly explaining what she was doing and why. I was also helped on a recurring basis by her assistant, Brian, who also greeted me with a cheerful hello and the continuation of our prior visit’s conversation. Additional assistance was provided by Brian’s counterpart, Dan and the very friendly receptionist, McKenzie.
