  This was my 1st time @ this location & I must say I was very pleased with my overall experience here!! The staff were professional, courteous, & patient with me during both my eye exam & trying to choose 2 pairs of frames that I would eventually be purchasing. I also must give a special THANK YOU to Melissa for going the extra mile to assist me with choosing the best frames to fit my chubby handsome face ???? I truly appreciated that! Not only will I be returning for my next eye exam in the future but I will be referring my friends to this location as well!!!

  I went to this location for a replacement pair of glasses and Melissa provided exceptional service! She found the frames I wanted at a different store. I appreciate her help and above and beyond customer service!

  Staff at this location always helpful. Dr. Jackline Zaky has been by OD for the past 3 years , she used to work at Visionworks in Bayonne that where I used to go because it’s 10 minutes from my house but I followed her to Clark when I found out she will be working there . She is one of the doctors who truly care about her patients ! she makes sure that she explains everything the patient need to know . On top of that, she is nice , friendly and meet you with a smile. I recommend this place if you are looking for a proper care !

  Honestly 5 stars is not enough to cover the experience me and my future husband just had at this Visionworks. I had asked him over a month ago to please go get new glasses for the wedding.....being a guy he never did. So here we are on Monday with our wedding on Sunday and he is calling his employer to find out what insurance he even has. We get all that covered and then make a call to Visionworks to see what they can do. They said if we come right now the doctor isn't busy and we should get seen quickly as a walk-in. I was not so hopeful but we got in the car. Immediately upon entering we are greeted and given forms to fill out. After the forms are done we browse a bit while waiting our turn. Not long after picking a pair he gets taken back by Melissa to do some testing. While talking to her the reason for the new glasses comes up and she told him they would take 7-10 days to get in for his prescription but she could make contacts happen in time. He comes back to the waiting room and tells me. After some back and forth (I really don't like his old glasses) he decides to wear them anyway on our wedding day. At that point I get a call I need to take and he goes back to the doctor. After his exam he comes out and sees I am really not happy with this choice. Melissa says she will see if the doctor has time to do the contact exam tonight. The doctor hears our story and decides to stay and help us out (normally you have to come back for a contact class). Melissa and the doctor were both super patient even though the doctor had a funeral to attend. They both went so above and beyond to make sure our special day was truly special. I can not say enough nice things about this location and their staff. Honestly I wish I would have went there instead of a different doctor that I saw for my own contacts. Thank you guys so so very much!

  The entire staff is absolutely amazing!!! unfortunately, off the top of my head I cannot remember my doctor's name but I had a doctor see me and a different doctor see my son and they were both amazing they were gentle as could be I couldn't have been more happy with my service and the service they provided me!The appointment was not long at all I've actually been to places that have taken for 5 hours and this was so much quicker I was blown away! I was told to expect my son glasses and my glasses to come in on February 6th 3 days later they came in, super earlier than what they were supposed to! My sunglasses unfortunately had a little issue but Daniela 6 m and made it up to my son and we are just very happy that she reach out and extended her sincerest apologies and did whatever she could to please my child which means the world to me! Unfortunately while cleaning my glasses yesterday I kind of broke the frame it was an accident but I literally I was told to come right in they would fixed it they fixed it within 5 minutes and I am so happy that I found this place and my son and I will forever be a customer of visionworks Doctors of optometry in Clark Commons Clark New Jersey! You will not be disappointed if you come here and I personally guarantee that! :-) the staff will have you leaving with an extremely huge smile on your face and that alone was worth the entire visit for me personally! and I am so glad I found this place and I am sure anybody else who decides to come here will not be disappointed! To everyone at visionworks in Clark New Jersey, my son and I appreciate you all so very much and sincerely love you guys! :-)
