Update on last review... Had fast service with Kind reps I had a technical issue and the female rep was so Kind to assist me with no judgment and no issues. I'm so happy to be a 14 year customer of T-mobile and I was able to get my phone back working with no 🥰. I'm definitely a life time customer

Outstanding service. Few in-store customer service experiences I’ve ever had can compare with the knowledgeable, patient, and comprehensive assistance that my brother and I got on October 9, 2021, from the two gentlemen working on our complicated situation at this T-Mobile location.

Give these guys a raise — they really do go the distance to iron things out the best way possible, which in turn inspires loyalty. My first time with T-Mobile ever, and for now, I’m very happy to be with T-Mobile.

Have to send a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Justin and Kristian!!! Both were extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though my cell phone issue took waaaay longer than what we have expected, they never rushed the process and made my experience enjoyable.

Both employees customer service is impeccable! Everyone that walked in was given a friendly greeting and full attention. Even when customers would ask repeated questions they never seem irritated just super patient, easy going and super helpful. If you in the area and need a TMobile store make sure to go there and ask for them. Thank you guys! My new cell is awesome and this will be my store to go to.
