We are long time customers of Reynolds and have always been happy with them. Yesterday, a nut cracked on a toilet and water started leaking. We noticed when the downstairs bathroom started to flood and I looked upstairs to find the source of the water. When I found it, the nut gave way completely and water started spraying everywhere. My wife called Reynolds while I was trying to deal with it and they had someone at the house in under 10 minutes. The person on the phone told me to run downstairs and shut off the water to the house until they could get there. He was able to isolate the toilet so we could turn the water back on and they came back out about an hour later to fix it.
I can only comment on my personal experience with Reynolds Plumbing, and I must say it was good. They came out, gave us a good quote and we decided to go with them. The job was done faster than I anticipated and the work looks great. Their staff was professional and I would definitely recommend them.
Have used this company a number of times. From plumbing to HVAC..Always reliable, professional and reasonably priced. Will call again when I need services they provide.
I could not recommend these professionals more. From a quick fix of a busted pipe in the winter, to a massive grease clog from previous homeowners- they were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Their service is quick and reliable.
