I worked with Dave for 2 years and had fantastic results - unfortunately our time ended because I relocated to California. I'm an avid cyclist and started with Dave after a crash resulted in a broken collarbone. I needed to start resistance training to rebuild my upper body and Dave was great - making sure we went slow and steady with good form - so as to not aggravate my injury. He also listened to my requests for cycling specific strength exercises. These led to better event results, including finishing in the top 15% of my age group in the New York Gran Fondo (100 mile ride) in 2017.

Dave’s a very open, receptive, and flexible trainer. Aside from being a person to put me through a workout, Dave’s immensely helped back pain that I’ve experienced – I went from being unable to sit/stand/walk without intense pain, to doing almost anything I want with minimal to no pain. Using unconventional methods, I appreciate the hard work and time Dave puts into his clients. I recommend everyone work with Dave and Fenomenal Fitness!!!
