A fantastic hotel, the front desk staff are always very nice and the breakfast (especially the waffles are absolutely delicious). The only thing that keeps the hotel from a 5 star rating is the fact that some guests are very rude, and this ruins a families vacation experience. (Some guests were screaming obscenities at hotel staff)
