(November 25, 2019, 5:04 pm)Sean was so helpful and responsive he answered all my questions and even spoke to my carpenter to ensure all the specs of my refrigerator would work with my current panels. He gave me an excellent price and organized for the earliest delivery available despite the store being so busy with Thanksgiving orders. He said they do their utmost to make customers happy especially in the spirit of Thanksgiving. I was grateful to get Sean’s mobile contact details from him and I am confident he would give me the same super service should I ever need a new appliance again. Five stars all around and highly recommend this store for their excellent customer friendly service!

I appreciate that he has always tried to help me understand where the best value can be found. Love Drimmers and ask for Sean. Amazing!!
(October 2, 2019, 10:01 am)Dealt with Aaron on two separate purchases for kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, hood, etc.). He was able to get everything delivered faster than his competitors and matched pricing. Pricing is important but delivery just as important, his team delivered exactly when they said they would. Aaron was responsive and very proactive in making sure everything was exactly as he promised. Going to go back to them again!
