Tmt was wonderful to work with. I worked directly with Jim and he was great, very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful through the process. Customer service is unbeatable! Will definitely work with again when in need!

This company exemplifies what it means to provide excellent customer service. I called them today, right before the start of a holiday weekend, to see if they could assist in cutting down a few bathroom floor tiles. Jim, the VP, answered the phone and politely invited me to come into the showroom immediately and have them take a look to see what they could do. The office space, showroom, and working area was impeccable and extremely clean. They were able to make all the cuts I asked for and they were done precisely as needed within 15 minutes. Whether you need 7 or 700 tiles, this is the place I recommend to everyone and anyone looking for remodeling services, counters or a tile company.
