(November 24, 2021, 9:35 am)This place is amazing, don’t be fooled by its small size! The food is always nice and HOT, the hush puppies? They’re amazing! Their coconut shrimp?!? Sweet, and sweet, but in the best way lol like their sauce is so different it makes you want to never go back to the old version of coconut shrimp seriously! I love this place!
(August 3, 2021, 6:04 am)Their fish and chips are lovely. Really liked it. When I walked in there to collect my takeaway I saw a woman hauling out like a whole tray of fish and chips. It's always a good sign that people like it enough to take it for their family parties/ work parties. Would highly recommend.
I would have preferred that the waitstaff wore masks. But that apart - the food is top notch

Coaches are attentive to the needs and scaling of each athlete and focus on quality of movement and form, which is essential for moving well and getting better. Great community and place to learn and grow as a CrossFit athlete!
(May 20, 2017, 2:16 pm)There's a lot of great coaches, fellow patrons. They have great equipment, great atmosphere, variety in workouts. There's also specialized classes for Olympic lifting, football CrossFit (didn't know this was a thing until recently), etc.
Josh the owner is all about continuous improvement in his gym, coaches, coding, himself, gym-goers, and experience. Great can apparently become better
