Purchased an "open box" item that was not really up to par.... but the problem was corrected immediately. Glad to see quality businesses still exist and would recommend highly.

I've been doing business with this company for over 15 years dealing with Jeff or Adam very honest company if I had a problem with a motor they fixed it or shipped another one I'm disabled now but if you want electrical or motor or a drive I would recommend this company before you shop anywhere else great people don't be shy ask them if they have any deals on motors 👍👍

I had a great experience with this company. I had an issue with a TECO VFD I purchased through them, and while I can't say the warranty repair process was all that great from TECO, this has nothing to do with Dealers Industrial. They got back to me right away after I contacted them about the issue and provided excellent customer service explaining exactly what needed to be done to send in the VFD. Since TECO took so long to look at the VFD, I had already purchased a replacement. Adam from Dealers Industrial checked in with me once TECO had made a decision and offered me a full refund for the item since it had already been replaced. Customer service like this is getting harder and harder to find. I had a great experience with this company and recommend them to anyone who values customer service.
