I was looking for Audi S3’s online and came across a barely used 2022 S3 on Deluxe Auto Sales. I put my email in to speak to someone to set up a time to see the car in person. Ham immediately responded with details and we set up a time to meet the next day. The car was right out front when I pulled up and it was shining. Ham was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful when discussing the details of the car. He made me feel very confident and he did his best to get me the best deal. 5 stars! Purchased car of my dreams for a great price. This was a first time purchasing a car virtually. Charlie from Deluxe auto made it easy. Every step of the process was just as easy as being there in person. Negotiating the sale was hassle free and quick. Charlie was always a call or text away if I had a question or to get a status on the details of my purchase. Charlie managed all paperwork, pre-delivery service prep and delivery of the vehicle. I made an appointment to look at an accord and when I got there the car was waiting for me outside. Ashley was very prompt at texting back and acknowledging I was going to be late. Charlie my sales person was great. I never once felt pressured being there. He took the time to explain everything to me. He even gave me a great deal on my trade in which I’m very fortunate for. Even though we went back and fourth, we finally agreed on a deal. Jon the finance manager was extremely helpful too. He took the time to carefully explain things as well. The whole staff is chill. The car is really nice too. The car fax report was really good and I liked the fact that the car was very well maintained through out. New tires, new brake pads, new rotors. To be honest this is the first time I left a dealership with a grin and smile on my face and no buyers remorse. Kudos to the team and keep up the good work. Hopefully we can do another deal someday

5 stars 🌟 I had a great experience with Deluxe Auto Sales. For starters, their showroom was filled with unique luxury and top of the lines cars, so I was very tempted to blow my budget. However, my sales rep "Jay" was the absolute best! I must've looked at 10 cars and test drove 6, but Jay was unphased and has some serious Zen energy. He was so pleasant and went over the details of each car. They bought my car and cleared the debt in 1 week with my bank. The whole team at Deluxe Auto were awesome and I highly recommend.
