  Miguel did a beautiful job fixing an end table that is over 40 yeats old. He knows the best ways to restore a piece and explains clearly what has to be done.

  In the last year, Miguel has refinished our entire living room and bedroom furniture sets. My husband and I can't be happier with his work. He took our older, but high quality pieces and updated them with gorgeous new finishes. I can't speak highly enough for the quality and professionalism with which he approached our jobs. Plus, Miguel is a very nice person. I'd give hime 6 stars if possible!!

  Miguel recently restored and repaired a family cradle. He did a beautiful job and went the extra mile to change things that he felt weren't safe.
  He wanted to ensure it was safe for my grandchildren. His price was very reasonable too. He was quick, thorough and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend him.

  Miguel repaired a white lacquered drop-front secretary desk that had ripped off its hinges. I had been told by another furniture repair place that it was too difficult to repair. Miguel assured me he could handle it - and he absolutely did! Since the piece was very large, he performed the work on-site at my house. Despite the work taking longer than he anticipated, he stuck to his original quote - plus he fixed other small things on the piece that he saw that we hadn't even discussed. He's a perfectionist, takes his time and is the ultimate craftsman. Incredibly talented, professional and a pleasure to work with - I recommend him to everyone I can and have already hired him again for another project.

  I hired Heartwood Restoration (Miguel) to re size and refinish a dining room table. We loved the look of our existing table set but were unhappy with the size of it for our dining area and the finish. Miguel showed up on time and was very professional. He gave me several options about the new dimensions. a few weeks later he returned with the finished product and it was exactly what I wanted. The table looks Amazing! The finish is better than anything I have seen in a store and I am very impressed with the cuts and routing of the wood. I would highly recommend Heartwood Restoration.
