(January 1, 2020, 9:38 am)Staff is kind and friendly and very courteous to your needs they also stay and chat with you when your waiting at times it makes the process go by faster I love that about this donation center , however wait times are long at times but it is a long process donating I would recommend going in the morning before noon.
(December 7, 2019, 9:20 am)The last few weeks going has been a horribly long wait. One day I stood in line for almost 2 hrs. The other times averaging 20-25 minutes. There were 14 people in front of me. It was a new nightmare. There are more people looking busy than actually working.
I suffer from spinal stenosis and many other back/neck issues. I also need both my knees replaced. Standing longer than 5 minutes causes severe pain levels for me. I'm not one to complain because I have a high tolerance for pain but it's just becoming constant here. On a happy note the few staff members that work non stop try to make the experience a pleasant one. They are friendly, apologetic and always try to make you smile to offset the misery in line for long periods of time. Something needs to be done no one should have to wait so long to donate it causes a higher stress level when all you want to do is help others and that is why I continue to push through the annoying long waits. I am doing this to help others.
