(July 15, 2022, 9:47 am)My Mercedes got hit and needed to have the rear bumper fixed. My dealer recommended this body shop as they use Mercedes original parts. The insurance company just estimated it to be painted but after Caruso’s checking, the technician said my blind spot sensor is located under that area and painting may cause safety issue. They said they will contact the insurance company and there’s nothing I need to do other than leave my car there. I dropped off my car at the appointment day and three days later I got a whole new bumper without any conversation between me and the insurance company! They washed the car, vacuum the interior, and even painted the hit I got in the front! The stuff and technicians are all so friendly. They made this repair really stress free and even with pleasant! It’s more than one hour drive from my home but definitely worth it!

(August 28, 2021, 8:17 am)My brand new Mercedes was rear ended and had some damage to the rear bumper. My dealer recommended Caruso Collision as they were MB certified. The other parties insurance set up a 3 way call and they took my car in next business day. Within 3 days my car was repaired beautifully and the process was super easy and stress free. These auto body professionals really know their stuff. I highly recommend this shop if you want your vehicle to look like new again. Thank you Caruso’s for great service and your outstanding quality repair.

After a minor altercation with a deer, I asked around as to where I should bring my collectible sports car. All fingers pointed toward Caruso's. The job was perfect, and the car once again looks new. The staff was very professional, and clearly discussed repair options. To boot, they came in under the estimate. Thank you! Alan

(January 12, 2015, 8:14 am)Always reliable. Excellent bodywork. Excellent staff and easy to work with. Highly respected by insurance companies. I have used it many times over the years including on Audi, BMW, and various other brands and everything comes out looking like new. They've been around for a long time and I've never heard a bad word about them.
