Merck Rahway - Visitor Parking Lot

For Merck employees only and not a public parking spot. Need a company badge to get in and out. A bit further away from the Merck security cabin, so feels unsafe at times. This parking lot is for the "have-nots" of Merck, the "haves" get to park inside the Merck complex under the watchful eyes of Merck security, so both they and their cars are ensured safe at all times. The "have-nots" get to read a board in the parking lot that they are parking at their own risk! They do have a two way communication with Merck security at the point of entry and exit of the parking lot. However, it might be difficult to get to either of them when you are shot or being clubbed to death.

Worked here for a while

This is a large, beautiful campus with extensive office space and a modern welcoming lobby that provides some history about the company. They are working to make the campus green by utilizing solar panels in the parking deck and other improvements. There is a bank on site along with a cafeteria and a coffee shop.
