Uma Pest Control

I have been using Uma for almost 2 years since we purchased our home and they have been excellent throughout. Service is friendly and they are very effective. The entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

Had a squirrel problem in my mother-in-laws attic. Called and spoke to Diana who was extremely helpful and professional. She sent someone out first thing in the morning. The technician Evaldo did a complete inspection of the attic and found the entry point. He determined that the squirrel was no longer in the attic and secured and reinforced the entry point with wire mesh. Even set a trap as an extra precaution. We have been squirrel free ever since. I would highly recommend Uma for any of your pest related issues. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and value.

Uma was recommended to me to get nesting birds out of my exhaust vents. They were incredibly fast and professional. They the time to understand the situation and worked to flex schedules and be able to free someone up to come out to my house the day after I called. In the end, I didn't end up using Uma (the original company came back same-day). Still, the experience of asking for and getting such quick response and professionalism has me 100% certain that I will reach out to them for any pest related issues I encounter in the future.

I'm a realtor so I often deal w house service people. I needed squirrels at my house handled and decided to try this company. They are a small company which I like (I spoke to same person on the phone each time I called). They gave me a reasonable time frame of when they'd be at my house. Arrived. Gave me quote. It seemed reasonable to me. They did the work right away.

The next day, they called me to verify all was well!

The customer service is great and I'll definitely be recommending this company to my clients when they need it. (and I'm typically hesitant to refer anyone bc of how it reflects on me if anyone messes up).
