Went to pick up my neck pillow upon arrival was greeted by Mindy, super professional and pleasant with dealing with my mother and myself. She explained the pillows and how they work to help patients. While dealing with her the doctor came out he was super friendly greeted us and made us feel as if we were patients of his practice. This is a one stop center that if I had any problems without hesitation I would use their services.

Upon my Arrival, I received a warm welcome and an explaination of how to use the pillow. My first look at the pillow, I felt it wasn't going to work.. But once I placed it behind my neck while laying down it was simply amazing!!!!!! It postioned it like instructed and it was really comfortable and I began to look at the pillow differently.. I just love this pillow VERY COMFORTABLE!!!!!

Picked up my neck pillow last week. I've been having trouble with neck pain. It seems this pillow is working. The stress in my neck has eased up. As soon as I walked through the door Mindy was there to greet me with a warm welcome. I also met Dr. Kyle who took the time to say hello while with another patient. I would definitely recommend this practice.

The second I put my head/neck on it, my body literally stretches and relaxes. Most hilarious customer! My daughter's 16-ish dog lays on it and he knows the right way to use it!

The girl at the front desk was great and friendly. I think her name was MINDY. She was very knowledgeable! Excited to tryout their neck pillow tonight!
